What type of company are you targeting...what is your ideal customer?

Mid-sized agencies (200-1,000 staff) are the initial target (expanding into large agencies, 1,000+ staff, once we have a stronger PMF).

Folio can help pretty much any type of agency - but our focus to start is marketing agencies and consultancies - both of which are underserved in business-focused automation (marketing agencies are well-served in creative automation). Conservatively, there are more than 3,000 prof services businesses with less than 500 staff in the UK alone...and many of these mid-market businesses have very limited access to innovation / automation / AI.

We will also be working our relationships to break into the professional services whales…(100,000+ staff). These will be far more challenges sales, and will require us to be more mature as an organisation - and the deal complexity and deal size mean a huge sales effort (which would be too big a risk atm). These can often be transacted regionally, and we are exploring an opportunity with contacts at Grant Thornton ($2B revenue).
